Party Zone FAQs

 

How do I book a party?

 

Parties are booked on a first come first served basis. To reserve your party date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required. We suggest calling to book your party at least 3 weeks in advance. Last minute reservations will be accommodated based upon availability. Please see our party packages for pricing and number of children.  Children over 5 years old may be dropped off. At least one parent or guardian of the birthday child must stay. An exact headcount of guests attending is required 7 days before your party. You will be held to verbal confirmation of guests attending unless the number of children is greater. The is no discount for less children attending than the number included in your party package. Children 1 year and older utilizing the bounce house or themed services will be included in the final headcount.

*all guests will be required to have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver before admittance to the party.

 


What if I have to cancel my party? What if my child is sick or there is a weather event?

 

Once your deposit is paid, parties can only be postponed/rescheduled. We are happy to help in finding an alternate date for your event based upon our availability. There is a $100.00 charge to reschedule your party with 2 weeks of your original party date. If you choose to cancel the event all together, your deposit is non-refundable. Should your child become ill on your scheduled party date we will work with you to find an alternate date based upon our availability (with a note from a medical professional.) Your deposit is non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather we  reserve the right to reschedule your event. 

 


How early can I arrive for my party? How long can I stay after? Can parents stay for the party?

 

You may arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your party, no earlier as we will be setting up. You may stay up to 15 minutes after the completion of the party with no charge however we must stick to a strict party schedule to accommodate all scheduled parties and ensure the best party possible to all guests.  Overtime will be billed at $25.00 per 15 minutes. Drop off is encouraged for children ages 5+. 

 


Can I bring my own food?

 

Yes, you are responsible for bringing all food, snacks, cupcakes and beverages other than the bottled water provided in your party package. 

 


Can I bring my own decorations? Can I bring goodie bags

 

If you would like to bring special plates or table decorations, you may do so the during the week before your party and we will set up prior to your arrival. Please note that all decorating other than what is included in your party package must be easily put up and taken down with  15 minutes before and after your party due to our strict party schedule.  Any extensive decorating will be billed additional. There is no discount if you choose to use your own tableware instead of what we provide in your party package. You are responsible for brining extra plates, napkins, cups and beverages for adult guests or you may add additional tableware to your packages for $10.00.

Yes, you may bring goodie bags. 

 


What should children wear to the party?

 

Guests should wear comfortable clothing to our bounce parties. Absolutely NO Jewelry, Watches, Headbands or Hair Pins are  permitted in the bounce house. Socks must be worn in the bounce house. No shoes or sneakers are allowed in the gym or bounce house, only in the party and waiting areas. All dress up during Theme parties is worn OVER your children’s clothes.

 


How long do we have in the party room?

 

All parties have 30 minutes of celebration time in the party room. During this time you may have food, cake and open presents. 

 


Can I bring a piñata?

 

No. For the safety of our guests and due to the height of our ceiling and mirrors in our party room we DO NOT allow piñatas.
